1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please Note: During high-volume periods (such as major holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide reliable international shipping directly to our customers across the United States and Europe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking system typically updates and becomes active within 24 hours.

You can seamlessly monitor your package's journey anytime via our dedicated "Track Your Order" page on our website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ShoreVela is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your parcel upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@shorevela.com.

Please retain all original packaging materials, boxes, and damaged goods, and attach clear photographs to your email so we can initiate an immediate replacement or refund process for you.
