To ensure a successful return process, please verify that your item meets the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unaltered condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).
- All original product tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)
Initiating a return is simple. Just follow these three straightforward steps:
Submit Your Request
Email our customer care team at support@shorevela.com with your Order Number (#SVXXXX) and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions
If your return is approved, our team will send you a confirmation email containing detailed shipping instructions and the designated return address.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will prioritize your case, provide a pre-paid return label, and ship out a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please keep in mind that banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
